Famous as one of the oldest art museum in Bali, this museum specializes in modern traditional Balinese paintings and wood carving. The museum is located in Ubud and takes approximately a 3-minute drive. The collection includes important examples of all of the artistic styles in Bali including the Sanur, Batuan, Ubud, Young Artistic and Keliki Schools.

The market that locally referred to as ‘Pasar Seni Ubud’ is located opposite the Puri Saren Royal Ubud Palace (approximately a 5-minute drive). Here you can find beautiful silk scarves, lightweight shirts, handmade woven bags, basket or hats. You could also find statues, kites and many other hand-crafted goods.

Campuhan Ridge Walk is a free and easy nature trek, popular among repeat visitors to the central highland town of Ubud. With approximately a 8-minute walk from property, it provides a great retreat from the more hectic southern part of the island, but this trail presents an even more pristine outback to escape from the restaurantlined Jalan Raya Ubud

The Ubud Royal Palace is one of the most prominent places in Ubud which was built during the lordship of the late Ida Tjokorda Putu Kandel (1800 – 1823) and is well-kept by his successive heirs. A visit to the Puri Saren could be included in the itineraries to the Ubud area as it is takes approximately a 5-minute drive only.
